- Part-Time: Flexible Schedule with Multiple Shifts Available!
- You will be the face of the company greeting and directing clients and vendors alike to the appropriate area of our company
- Assist with exclusive events in The Billie Arthur Design Studio i.e. supplies, vendor coordination and communication
- Using your customer service skill-set and professional appearance greet everyone who enters the building with a positive attitude and demeanor that represents the values of The Billie Arthur Design Studio
- All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check prior to starting employment
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant a plus
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbally and written
- Previous experience in an administrative/office environment preferred
- Must have a polished and professional appearance
- Attention to detail
