JOB SUMMARY:

Enjoy your nights & weekends! Work M-F, daytime hours as a Transfer Driver at our Ashley Distribution Center in Cedar Falls, IA! Do you enjoy driving but want to be home every night? Do you enjoy being active and not stuck behind a desk all day? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!!

Full-Time (40 hrs/wk): Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
Transfer merchandise to area store locations
Safely operate a straight truck on transfer routes
Assist others with loading and unloading of merchandise into/from the truck
Prepare furniture for delivery and set-up in customer homes on an as needed basis
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including scanning received product into receiving lanes

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record
Must be able to obtain DOT certification
Must be able to lift in excess of 100 lbs. on a regular basis
Ideal candidates will have in-town driving experience, preferably delivering merchandise or household items
